About the Giovanni Vitrano Foundation
The Giovanni Vitrano Foundation honors the memory of Giovanni Vitrano, a Class of 2020 Leon High School Graduate and leader on the nationally #1 ranked Leon High School Boys’ Soccer team. Established in 2021 following Gio’s passing, the foundation has awarded over $27,000 in local scholarships through 2024.
Our mission is to award $10,000 in scholarships annually to Tallahassee area student-athletes in Gio’s memory. All funds raised go directly toward scholarships, and we are an entirely volunteer-run organization.
