Terms & Conditions

1. Ticketing:

• Children in Grades K-12 are eligible for $5 tickets.
• Children in Pre-K and younger are admitted free.
• All tickets are electronic and will be emailed to the provided address. These tickets come with a QR code that must be scanned at the gate for entry.
• Cash purchase will be available at the gate at the cost of $10 for adults and $5 for students K-12. Please allow extra time for entry if paying with cash.
• In the event you cannot find your ticket, please present the ID of the ticket purchaser. Gio Cup staff can locate ticket purchasers by name.

2. Refunds & Rescheduling:

• Tickets are nonrefundable; all sales are final.
• The event dates are subject to change due to inclement weather. If rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. Details will be provided to the email given at checkout.
• Single-day pass holders for the specific day will be refunded in case of a day's cancellation. All-tournament pass holders will receive a pro-rated refund of $+.50 for each canceled day.

3. Restrictions & Security:

• Attendees must abide by the host school's policies.
• All drugs, alcohol, and weapons are prohibited on the event premises.
• Attendees causing security concerns, harassing or intimidating players, officials, coaches, or other fans, or repeatedly failing to follow event rules may revoke their admission privileges and be asked to leave the venue without a refund.

4. Miscellaneous:

• No faculty or other passes will be accepted. The Gio Cup is a third-party event hosted by The Giovanni Vitrano Foundation, separate from Leon County Schools' usual operations.
• Proceeds, after costs, will benefit The Giovanni Vitrano Foundation.
• Ticket purchases automatically add customers to the Foundation's email list. Customers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they are subject to both school policies and applicable state and local laws.
